  3. Responsibilities: Keep credentials secure; lawful use only.
  4. Acceptable Use: No unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity; no spam/malware.
  5. IP: Our platform IP remains ours; your data remains yours.
  6. Confidentiality & Data: GDPR compliant; each party protects confidential info.
  7. Third-Parties: Integrations subject to their own terms.
  8. Disclaimer: “As is/available”; no implied warranties.
  9. Liability: No indirect damages; cap = fees paid in prior 12 months.
  10. Termination: Either party may terminate; breach = immediate.
  11. Law: Laws of an EU Member State; exclusive courts there.
  12. Changes: We may modify with notice; continued use = acceptance.

United States (US)

  1. Acceptance: Use = agreement to Terms & Privacy Policy.
  2. Scope: AI automation & support; features may evolve.
  3. User Duties: Security; comply with CAN-SPAM & applicable laws.
  4. Prohibited: Illegal content, harassment, scraping without consent.
  5. IP: Intelevox IP; your content is yours; limited service license.
  6. Privacy: CCPA-aligned practices; see Privacy Policy.
  7. Disclaimer: “As is”; no implied warranties incl. merchantability/fitness.
  8. Liability: No indirect damages; cap = fees in last 12 months.
  9. Termination: We may suspend/terminate for risk or breach.
  10. Law: Delaware law (unless otherwise agreed).
  11. Arbitration (Optional): By mutual written agreement.
  12. Updates: Changes notified; continued use = acceptance.
